Toddler Program

Opening the doors of the world to your child

Toddlers learn best through observation and hands-on experiences. Our toddler program has been designed to promote independence by providing toddlers with a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment in a Spanish immersion setting. We follow the natural approach of immersion, in which children acquire a second language the same way they are acquiring their first language.

Our caring and nurturing educators will be using the Spanish language throughout the day while also incorporating American Sign Language techniques to help toddlers express needs in a non-verbal way and maximizes their communication skills. Our teachers are constantly communicating with your toddler to help them make sense of sounds and their meaning.

Children need to develop loving and trusting relationships with their adult caregivers. Our low ratios allow our nurturing educators to provide quality one-on-one attention to your toddler as well as encourage exploration and discovery by creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment and providing personalized care to your toddler.

As babies grow into becoming toddlers, they become more aware of the world around them. In our toddler program, we incorporate activities that promote friendship and positive relations with caregivers and other children. All children need to feel secure and free to explore in a safe and engaging environment in which they can move freely and can access objects and toys. Toddlers are very energetic and naturally curious and motivated, and we tap into their natural curiosity by providing age-appropriate educational materials and toys, as well as stimulating activities designed to encourage them to explore the world around them.

Our classroom provides a fun, engaging and exciting environment for toddlers in which they can apply what they are learning every day in a practical way, as they develop their motor skills and explore the world using all their senses, developing skills such as observation, awareness of cause and effect and problem solving.

The curriculum for our toddler groups integrates various learning domains, as well as early literacy and numeracy. Our classrooms offer age-appropriate learning centers for art, literacy, math, science, music and movement, and pretend play in which your toddler can explore their diverse interests in a nurturing way.

Our curriculum incorporates immersive learning experiences, activities and materials that stimulate learning by encouraging creativity and increasing curiosity. We include activities that promote independence in toddlers and help them develop self-help skills, while supporting them as they explore the world around them. Our curriculum includes activities that contribute to their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Parents will receive a daily report informing them about their toddler’s feeding times, nap times, and physical and emotional development.

All toys and play areas are disinfected daily.

All our teachers are certified in infant and child CPR and First Aid, and they undergo extensive background checks.

Each family must complete an personalized care plan, which ensures our educators understand your child’s nutritional needs and schedules.

Every classroom has security cameras that are monitored continuously.
